An innerwear programme lives or dies on recovery. Elastic type, tension and application method are tested at sampling and held through bulk, because a waistband that relaxes after ten washes fails the garment whatever the cloth was.

Which constructions do you produce innerwear in?
Fine rib and single jersey in cotton and modal, and seamless microfibre where a smooth edge is wanted under clothing. Construction is chosen against the fit the style needs.
How is elastic specified and tested?
Elastic type, width, tension and application are approved on the sealed sample and tested for recovery. Bulk is measured against that standard, because recovery is what fails first in wear.
Can you produce coordinated sets?
Yes. Bralette and brief sets are cut from the same dye lot and shade-banded together so the pieces match in the pack.
What testing applies to innerwear?
Restricted-substance testing under OEKO-TEX where a programme requires it, alongside colourfastness and dimensional stability. Certificates come with the goods.
What lead times should we expect?
First samples typically within 4 to 10 days of an agreed brief. Bulk usually ships 35 to 90 days after sample approval, depending on construction, fabric and quantity.
