One partner carries the programme from brief to loaded container, holding the mill, the trim supplier and the factory to one schedule. Design, sampling, lab testing and quality control are in-house; production runs across our audited network.

Two different things share the same three letters.
FOB is used for two separate things, which is how apparently similar quotes end up covering different scopes. As a manufacturing model, FOB describes scope: we buy the materials and deliver finished goods. As an Incoterm, FOB describes the handover point: cost and risk pass to you once the goods are loaded at the named port. A full-package programme can just as easily ship on other terms.

Other terms
We commonly ship FOB and CIF, and can quote to the term you work on. The price moves with who carries freight, insurance and clearance.
Comparing quotes
A CMT price will always look lower than an FOB price for the same garment. It covers less, not better. Compare like for like before choosing.

Where you supply or nominate the fabric yourself, the same programme runs as contract or CMT. If the goods carry your own brand and labelling, it runs as private label.
What does full-package (FOB) include?
Fabric and trim sourcing, development and sampling to a sealed standard, bulk production, finishing and packing, lab testing, inline and final inspection, export documentation and handover on your Incoterms. You receive finished goods instead of managing the parts.
Is FOB a shipping term or a manufacturing model?
Both, and the two get confused constantly. As a model, FOB means we buy the materials and deliver finished goods. As an Incoterm, FOB means cost and risk pass to you when the goods are loaded at the named port. A full-package order can ship on a different Incoterm entirely.
What is the difference between FOB and CMT?
Who buys the materials. Under FOB we source the fabric and trims and quote the whole garment. Under CMT you supply or nominate them and we quote only the cutting, making and trimming. A CMT price looks lower because it covers less.
Do you source the fabric and trims?
Yes, to the approved quality. You can also nominate a specific mill or trim supplier and we will buy to that nomination within the same programme.
Which Incoterms do you work under?
We commonly ship FOB and CIF, and can quote to the term you work on. Tell us the destination and the Incoterm and the quote will reflect who carries freight, insurance and clearance.
How does fabric sourcing affect our lead time?
It is usually the longest single item on the critical path. An existing quality moves quickly; a new development with lab dips and finish trials adds weeks.
Can you source certified or specialist fabrics?
Yes. GOTS-certified organic and OEKO-TEX tested fabrics are available, along with specialist finishes, subject to development time being built into the schedule.
What information do you need to quote accurately?
A tech-pack or reference, the quantity, your target delivery window, and the destination and Incoterm. A target price helps us engineer towards it instead of quoting past it.
What documentation do you provide?
Standard export documentation is handled as part of the programme. Tell us what your importer or customs broker requires and we will confirm it at order stage.
What order sizes do you take?
We work across a wide range, from small and emerging brands to the largest global retailers. Minimums are set per style by construction and fabric, and confirmed at enquiry.
What quality checks happen before shipment?
Lab testing on fabric, inline inspection through production, and a final inspection to your agreed AQL before despatch, all measured against the sealed sample.
