Provide Japanese labeler details and agree care information against the relevant garment evidence before physical label approval.
Seal the packing reference
Confirm folding, pressing, size identification and packing alongside the approved garment, then retain those references for bulk checks.

Label content
We set fibre composition, current care information and the Japanese labeler’s name plus address or telephone number in the artwork.[1]
Label arrangement
Care information uses the prescribed care symbols and attachment method. Each required quality indication also carries the labeler’s name and address or telephone number, unless a stated exception applies.[1]

We use current JIS L 0001 symbols and recheck older artwork against the relevant 2024 changes.[1]
Testing evidence
Care advice is selected from the results of the specified JIS test methods, equivalent test methods, or accumulated technical information and similarly predictable results.
Order-specific inspection
Measurement tolerance, finish, folding and packing are agreed at the sealed sample and checked inline and before shipment to your agreed AQL.

Yes. We prepare fibre composition, current care information and Japanese labeler details for approval, then approve a physical label before bulk.[1]

How is measurement tolerance controlled?
