What We Make
Surajmal Shobhachand produces ready made garments across knit and woven construction, from jersey t-shirts and pique polos through to tailored trousers, shirting and denim. Each line below is a programme in its own right, with its own fabric development, block and quality standard.
Audited compliance across GOTS, OEKO-TEX, BSCI and ISO 9001. First samples in 4 to 10 days; enquiries answered within 24 hours.

Knit and woven are not two versions of the same process. A knit garment is engineered at the yarn and the loop, a woven one at the weave and the cut, and the controls that keep each true through bulk are different. That is why the lines are run as separate programmes rather than as one catalogue.
Common Questions
Which garment lines do you produce?
T-shirts, polos, shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts, dresses, tops and blouses, trousers, shorts, denim, co-ord sets, sportswear, kidswear, nightwear and innerwear. Each runs as its own programme with its own fabric development and block.
Do you produce both knit and woven garments?
Yes. A knit garment is engineered at the yarn and the loop, a woven one at the weave and the cut, and each carries its own controls through bulk. Surajmal Shobhachand runs both.
Can one order span several lines?
Yes. A programme can combine knit and woven styles under one schedule and one shipment, which is the usual shape for a seasonal range.
How is quality controlled across the lines?
Lab testing on fabric, inline inspection through production, and a final inspection to your agreed AQL, all measured against the sealed sample. Compliance is independently audited and documented.
What lead times should we expect?
First samples typically within 4 to 10 days of an agreed brief. Bulk usually ships 35 to 90 days after sample approval, depending on construction, fabric and quantity.
