What This Is

We handle knitwear, woven garments and fabrics, including private-label ranges and programmes split across EU destinations. Design, development, sampling, lab testing and quality control are in-house. Production runs across our audited network. Programmes run through India or Bangladesh; the production base is agreed at enquiry against product, fabric, construction, quantity, certification and delivery requirements. Minimums are set per style and confirmed at enquiry.

How It Works

Brief and feasibility

Send the tech pack, reference sample or product brief, with quantities, EU destinations and delivery target. Within 24 hours, we return feasibility, indicative cost, the minimum per style and next steps.

Development and sampling

We develop fabric, construction, trims, testing scope and destination label sets against the agreed brief. First samples are typically sent in 4 to 10 days for review.

Approval before bulk

You approve the sealed sample, measurements, finish, physical labels and packing method. We record the approved versions for each destination before scheduled bulk begins.

Production and handover

Bulk takes 35 to 90 days after approval, depending on construction and quantity. We provide progress and inspection status, then assemble the agreed test evidence and export documents. We confirm the shipping scope with the quotation.

Prepared For The European Union

Destination label sets and supporting evidence agreed before bulk.

We turn the product specification and destination list into the controls below, then hand over the agreed evidence with the order.

Textile information

We prepare fibre composition using recognised names and include non-textile parts of animal origin where applicable.

Destination languages

Required fibre information is set against each destination’s language requirements. Care and size are handled separately to the agreed commercial specification.

Product identification

Product, operator and EU responsible-person details are captured where applicable, with the supporting product-safety records assembled for handover.

Restricted substances

We set the test scope against the agreed EU REACH requirements and provide the relevant reports.

Safety and inspection

Construction risks, including relevant children’s-garment hazards, are reviewed during development. Measurements, finish and packing are checked to the sealed sample and your agreed AQL.

Common Questions
Can you prepare labels for several EU destinations?

Yes. We set fibre information in the required destination languages and approve each physical label against its artwork before bulk.

What EU product records do you hand over?

We provide the agreed test reports, inspection evidence, product and material records, and export documents. The exact pack is set during development.

How do you handle EU REACH testing?

We test to the agreed restricted-substance scope, using accredited third-party testing where the programme or certification requires it.

What order sizes do you work with?

We work across a wide range, from small and emerging brands to the largest global retailers. Minimums are set per style and confirmed at enquiry.

Can one programme cover EU and UK orders?

Yes. We set the label, chemical-compliance and documentation scope for each destination during development, then approve each required version before bulk.
