Which shirting fabrics do you work in?
Poplin, twill, oxford, chambray, voile, linen and linen blends, and yarn-dyed checks and stripes. Fabric is sourced to the approved quality rather than picked from a stock range.
How is collar and cuff construction specified?
Interlining type, fusing temperature and pressing are approved together on the sealed sample, because a collar that rolls correctly in sampling can fail in bulk if any one of the three changes.
Can you pattern-match checks and stripes across panels?
Yes. Matching across the placket, pocket, yoke and sleeve is agreed at sampling. It raises fabric consumption, so it is costed into the quotation rather than absorbed at cutting.
Do you produce both formal and casual shirting?
