We handle knitwear, woven garments, denim and fabrics, including seasonal repeat retail ranges with separate Canadian and US label sets from one development brief. Design, development, sampling, lab testing and quality control are in-house. Production runs across our audited network. Programmes run through India or Bangladesh; the production base is agreed at enquiry against the product, fabric, quantity, certification and delivery brief. Minimums are set per style and confirmed at enquiry.
Canadian disclosures approved before bulk.
We classify articles, set disclosures in artwork and hand over test and inspection evidence.
Dealer identification
We place the dealer name and postal address, or a registered five-digit CA Identification Number prefixed “CA”, in the artwork.
Fibre declaration
Fibres at 5% or more are named with percentages. Those below 5% follow the applicable declaration rules and exceptions.
Language set
The federal fibre declaration is prepared in English and French. Dealer identification and additional Quebec requirements are checked separately.
Label form
We classify the article before artwork because most apparel uses a permanent disclosure label while specified exceptions can use a non-permanent label.
Approval record
A physical label is approved before bulk. Post-import relabelling uses the formal notification and inspection route before sale.
Design, development, sampling, lab testing and quality control are in-house, with production across our audited network. Canadian and US label sets can be managed within the same development brief. The approved label and inspection record carry your specification into bulk.
Send a tech pack, product photograph or reference sample, plus fabric and finish, quantities by style and colour, target delivery, Canadian destination, dealer identification and any testing requirements. Can you prepare English and French fibre declarations?
Yes. We prepare the federal fibre declaration in both languages, with dealer identification and additional Quebec requirements checked separately.
Can you use our CA Identification Number?
Yes. A registered five-digit number prefixed “CA” can replace the dealer name and postal address in the approved artwork.
Can one programme serve Canada and the US?
Yes. We define and approve the Canadian and US label content, testing scope and documentation sets during development.
What order sizes do you work with?
We work across a wide range, from small and emerging brands to the largest global retailers. Minimums are set per style and confirmed at enquiry.
