What This Is

We handle yarn, fabrics and finished garments for Turkish retail brands and converters, including knitwear, wovens, denim and private-label seasonal ranges. Programmes run through India or Bangladesh; the production base is agreed at enquiry against the product, fibre composition, quantity, label, testing and delivery brief. Minimums are set per style or fabric quality and confirmed at enquiry.

How It Works

Brief and feasibility

Send the tech pack or material specification, with quantities, the Turkish destination and delivery target. Within 24 hours, we return feasibility, indicative cost, the minimum per style or quality and the next development step.

Development and sampling

We develop the yarn, fabric or garment specification, construction, trims, testing plan and Turkish fibre declaration against the agreed brief. First samples are typically sent in 4 to 10 days.

Approval before bulk

You approve the sealed sample, measurements or material standard, the physical label and the packing method. The test evidence the importer will need is agreed at the same point rather than after shipment.

Production and handover

Bulk takes 35 to 90 days after approval, depending on the product, construction and quantity. We provide progress and inspection status, then assemble the agreed test evidence and export documents. We confirm the shipping scope with the quotation.

Prepared For Türkiye

Turkish fibre declarations and import evidence agreed before bulk.

Fibre declarations, physical labels and test records are aligned with the material specification and the importer’s tariff classification.

Governing regulation

Textile labelling runs under the Tekstil Elyaf İsimleri ve Tekstil Ürünlerinin Elyaf Kompozisyonlarıyla İlgili Etiketleme ve İşaretleme Hakkındaki Yönetmelik, published in Official Gazette No. 29337 on 25 April 2015.[1][2]

Fibre declaration

Composition uses the fibre names the regulation permits. A multi-fibre product names its constituent fibres with percentages, in descending order by weight.[1]

Turkish wording

The fibre information is given in Turkish. The label must be durable, readily legible, visible and accessible, and firmly attached to the product.[1][3]

Animal-origin parts

A textile product containing non-textile parts of animal origin must state their presence. We identify those trims early as a commercial control, since the declaration follows the bill of materials.[1]

Care, size and origin

The fibre regulation governs fibre names and composition. We agree care, size and origin information with the importer, check separately applicable requirements and record the approved content in the label specification.[1]

Responsibility

The regulation places responsibility for correct labelling and the accuracy of its information on the manufacturer, and requires distributors to offer only products carrying the prescribed label or marking.[1]

Import checks

Products inside the tariff list of the textile and leather import inspection communiqué are submitted through TAREKS before the customs declaration is registered. Risk-based review can extend to documents, physical inspection and laboratory testing for substances such as azo colorants, APEO and nickel.[4][5]

Enquiry reply

The approved Turkish fibre declaration and physical label are checked against the final material specification before bulk. Test reports and product identifiers are kept aligned for the importer’s TAREKS file where the classified product is covered.

Applies Across Your Range

Send a tech pack, yarn or fabric specification, product photograph or reference sample, plus fibre composition, construction, finish, quantities by style, quality and colour, target delivery, proposed label artwork and any restricted-substance or buyer testing requirements. Include the intended GTİP classification if you have it, and a target price if you want it assessed. We reply within 24 hours with feasibility, indicative cost, minimums, open questions and the next development step for your review.

Common Questions
Must fibre information appear in Turkish?

Yes. The regulation requires the fibre labelling to be given in Turkish, on a firmly attached label that is durable, legible, visible and accessible.[1]

What fibre information must the label carry?

The composition uses the fibre names the Turkish regulation permits. For a multi-fibre product, the constituent fibres and their percentages are stated in descending order by weight.[1]

Are care, size and origin mandatory label fields?

The fibre regulation governs fibre names and composition. We confirm care, size and origin content with your importer against the product and sales channel, then record the agreed fields in the approved artwork.[1]

Are imported textiles assessed through TAREKS?

Products inside the tariff list of the import-inspection communiqué need a TAREKS application before the customs declaration is registered. The risk-based process can involve document review, physical inspection or laboratory testing.[4][5]

Can existing test reports support the import review?

They can, provided the report identifies the product well enough to connect it to the imported goods. Where that connection cannot be made, or risk analysis selects the goods, samples go to an accredited laboratory.[5]

Do you supply yarn and fabric as well as finished garments?

Yes. Yarn, greige and finished fabric, and full-package garment programmes all run from the same desk, and a Türkiye programme often mixes them.
