What This Is

Private label is production to your own brand: you bring a tech-pack, a reference or a sketch, and we deliver garments carrying your brand labels, your chosen trims and your standard packaging, ready for your shelves. Design, development, sampling, lab testing and quality control are in-house; bulk production runs across our audited network.

Who It’s For

Brands putting their own name on the product, from new labels and upcoming names through to established global retailers.

One partner carries design, development and making, so there is one schedule and one person to call.

Repeat programmes, where the sealed standard holds the product steady season after season.

Whatever stage your range is at, send us the style and the quantity. We will come back with the most practical way to start.

How It Works

Brief

Send a tech-pack, reference or sketch with your quantities. Feasibility and an indicative cost come back within 24 hours.

Development

Pattern, fit and trim development in-house, with fabric sourced to the approved quality.

Sealed sample

First samples typically within 4 to 10 days. Your signed-off sample becomes the standard bulk is measured against.

Production

Bulk runs across our audited network, inspected inline at each stage.

Finish & ship

Labelling and packing to your specification, a final check to your agreed AQL, documentation and despatch.

Your Brand On The Garment

The parts carrying your name are deliverables, not an afterthought at packing.

Much of what sells the product on the shelf sits outside the garment itself. Artwork, trims and packaging are developed and approved as physical proofs before bulk starts, so what arrives matches what you signed off, not an approximation of it.

Labels & tags

Woven and printed labels, care and content labels, hang tags and swing tickets, made to your artwork and placement.

Trims

Buttons, zips, drawcords and thread matched to the approved sample, or to a trim supplier you nominate.

Packaging

Polybags, tissue, cartons and shelf-ready presentation to your specification, barcode and carton-marking data.

Certified fabrics

Certified organic, BCI cotton and recycled fabrics, restricted-substance tested, with the certificates and transaction documents that trace the fibre back through the chain.

Lead Times & Order Sizes

Enquiry answered with feasibility and an indicative cost.

4–10 days

First samples out against an agreed brief.

35–90 days

Bulk after approval, by construction, fabric and quantity.

Per style

Minimums set by construction and fabric, not one blanket number.

We work across a wide range, from small and emerging brands to the largest global retailers. Basics move faster than structured or heavily-trimmed garments. Give us your delivery window and a target price and we will engineer towards it instead of quoting past it.

Quality & Compliance

Our own team sets the quality standard and checks production against it. Design, sampling, lab testing and inspection are in-house, and production runs across an audited network held to the same standards.

Applies Across Your Range

Private label runs on a full-package basis: we source the materials as well as make the garment. Where you supply or nominate your own fabric, the same programme runs as contract or CMT.

Common Questions
What is included in a private label programme?

Development from your brief, fabric and trim sourcing, sampling to a sealed standard, production, your labels, tags and packaging, lab testing, inline and final inspection, export documentation and despatch on your Incoterms. Your brand, artwork and designs remain yours throughout.

Do you produce to our own brand and labels?

Yes. Everything carrying your name, from woven labels and care labels to hang tags and cartons, is made to your artwork and approved as a physical proof before bulk.

How is private label different from full-package (FOB)?

They overlap, and most private label programmes run on a full-package basis. Full-package describes who sources and manages the whole build; private label describes goods made to carry your brand, where labelling and packaging are defined deliverables signed off before bulk.

Can you match an existing product or reference?

Yes. We develop against a physical reference or tech-pack and confirm it on a sealed sample before bulk. First samples are typically out within 4 to 10 days.

What order sizes do you take?

We work across a wide range, from small and emerging brands to the largest global retailers. Minimums are set per style by construction and fabric, not applied as one blanket number, and are confirmed at enquiry.

Do we need finished designs, or can you develop them?

Either. We can work from a complete tech-pack, or develop the style with you from a sketch, a reference garment or a mood direction. Design and pattern development are in-house.

How many sampling rounds are typical?

Most programmes settle within two to three rounds: a first sample, a fit correction, then the sealed sample. Complex constructions or new fabric developments can take longer, and we flag that when we prepare the costing.

What labelling and packaging can you customise?

Woven and printed labels, care and content labels, hang tags, swing tickets, polybags, tissue, cartons, barcode data and shelf-ready presentation, all to your specification.

Can you work to a specific fabric or certified organic cotton?

Yes. We source to the approved quality and can run GOTS-certified organic, BCI cotton and recycled fabrics, with OEKO-TEX restricted-substance testing where your programme requires it. Certificates and transaction documents come with the goods, so the fibre traces back through the chain. You can also nominate a specific mill.

Who owns the designs and artwork?

You do. Your brand, artwork and designs remain yours throughout; we neither licence nor resell them, and we do not offer your styles to other buyers.

What quality checks happen before goods ship?

Lab testing on fabric, inline inspection during production, and a final inspection to your agreed AQL before despatch. The sealed sample is the reference the bulk is measured against.

What lead times should we expect?

First samples typically within 4 to 10 days of an agreed brief. Bulk usually ships 35 to 90 days after sample approval, depending on construction, fabric and quantity.

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide, on your Incoterms, with export documentation handled as part of the programme.
