Children’s programmes
We assess the applicable Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) rules, arrange required CPSC-accepted testing unless a permitted testing alternative applies, and provide evidence for the importer’s CPC and certificate eFiling.[3][4][5]
Flammability scope
Product classification determines whether general-apparel or children’s-sleepwear rules apply, including available exclusions and exceptions.[6]
Cotton provenance
We record the actual cotton, spinner, fabric and garment chain used. Country of garment production is not treated as proof of fibre origin.[7]
