Common Questions

Which model should I choose? +

If you want finished goods carrying your own brand, private label. If you want one partner to source, make and ship the whole programme, full-package (FOB). If you already own or have nominated your fabric, contract or CMT. If you are unsure, send the style and quantity and we will set out the closest model and why.

What is the difference between private label and full-package? +

They overlap: most private label orders run on a full-package basis. The distinction is emphasis. Full-package describes who sources and manages the whole build; private label describes goods made to carry your brand, where labels, trims and packaging are defined deliverables approved before bulk.

What do you need from me to quote? +

A tech-pack, reference or sketch, the quantity you are planning, your target delivery window, and the destination and Incoterm if you know them. A target price helps us engineer to it instead of quoting past it.

How quickly can I see a sample? +

First samples are typically out within 4 to 10 days of an agreed brief. Enquiries are answered within 24 hours.

What order sizes do you work with? +

We work across a wide range, from small and emerging brands to the largest global retailers. Minimums are set per style by construction and fabric, then confirmed at enquiry. There is no blanket number.

Can you source from both India and Bangladesh? +

Yes. Mixed-origin programmes run under a single relationship, with one desk managing both, so you place one order and receive consolidated, documented shipments.

What certifications do you work to? +

GOTS for certified organic fabrics, OEKO-TEX for restricted-substance assurance, BSCI for social compliance and ISO 9001 for quality management, with lab testing in-house and audited compliance across our network.

Where do you export to? +

Worldwide. We ship on your Incoterms with export documentation handled as part of the programme.
