## What We Make

[Full-package denim production](/services/full-package), from rigid and stretch constructions through to heavy wash, developed to a buyer specification, not picked from a stock range. Cutting, sewing, wash and finishing are checked at each step, so the hand and shade approved at sampling carry through to bulk.

A denim programme drifts at the wash, so bulk is shade-banded against the sealed standard, not signed off on first pieces alone. A short development run settles the approved wash before a full season is committed.

### Which denim washes and finishes can you produce?

Raw, rinse, stone wash, enzyme wash, bleach, whiskering, distressing and laser, each reproduced in bulk to the approved wash standard.

### Can you develop a custom denim wash to our reference?

Yes. We develop the wash against a physical reference or standard and confirm it on a sealed sample before bulk. First samples typically go out within 4 to 10 days.

### Do you offer full-package denim or cut-make-trim only?

Full-package (FOB). We manage rigid or stretch denim through cut, sew, wash and finish as one programme, with inline and final inspection by our own QC.
