Recovered cotton is often blended with other fibres for yarn strength and durability. Yes. Fabric-only orders are supplied by the metre to garment makers. ### Can I specify a different recycled cotton blend? Yes. We source blend variants to the composition and recycled share in your brief. ### Is recycled cotton the same as organic cotton? No. Organic cotton describes cotton produced and certified to organic agriculture standards. Recycled polyester is made with the aim of matching virgin polyester quality as closely as possible. State the performance and tests required for the garment. ### What does rPET mean in a recycled-polyester fabric brief? rPET means recycled polyethylene terephthalate. Post-consumer PET bottles are one source used for textile fibre. ### Can you source recycled polyester with the feel of a reference fabric? Yes. We source qualities to your fabric reference and sample the required hand and finish. ### How do I get a recycled cotton or polyester fabric price?
