Design, development, sampling, lab testing and quality control are in-house. Production runs across our audited network. Programmes run through [India](/services/sourcing-india) or [Bangladesh](/services/sourcing-bangladesh); the production base is agreed at enquiry against the product, fabric, quantity, destination requirements and delivery brief. Brief and feasibility Send the product brief, quantities, destination states and delivery target. Within 24 hours, we return feasibility, indicative cost, the minimum per style and the conformity information needed for development. ### 02. Development and sampling We develop the fabric, construction, trims, testing plan and destination label sets against the agreed brief. First samples are typically sent in 4 to 10 days. ### 03. Approval before bulk You approve the sealed sample, measurements, physical labels, packing and destination document plan. We record separate national conformity processes and the certificate plan before production begins. ### 04. Production and handover Bulk takes 35 to 90 days after approval, depending on construction and quantity. We provide progress and inspection status, then assemble the agreed conformity, test and export documents for final shipment release. We confirm the shipping scope with the quotation. We confirm each destination’s classification, certificate process and label set, then keep goods and documentation aligned. ### National approvals Saudi Arabia and the UAE use separate conformity processes. We confirm classification, approvals and labels for each destination. ### Saudi commercial shipments For regulated commercial textiles, we prepare the evidence needed for product-level approval and the shipment-level conformity certificate. ### Sample classification Small commercial consignments have no general exemption. We confirm and approve the label set, product classification and conformity handover for each named destination during development. Do samples use the Saudi commercial process? + Not always. Samples must be classified first because non-commercial textiles not intended for consumer sale or display can use a separate process. Do you prepare Arabic label content? + Yes. For the UAE, we prepare Arabic alongside the original consumer information. Requirements for Saudi Arabia and other destinations are confirmed separately.
